Workspace and Brand Brain information
A workspace may contain business information such as instructions, files, reference material, agent activity, comments, approvals, and Brand Brain context. Brand Brain context can include voice, audience, products, approved messaging, assets, guidance, and prior decisions. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide this information.
How information supports the service
